Cancellation Policy
Appointments All sessions must be booked online. A confirmation email is required for your appointment to be secured. Rescheduling & Cancellations Free sessions: 24-hour notice required. No-shows are not eligible to rebook. Paid sessions: 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Refunds All sessions and packages are non-refundable. Expectations Please complete any required intake forms and arrive prepared so we can make the most of our time.
